Pastoral Team

Who
comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in
any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God -

The aim of the Pastoral Team is to
reach out to people - church members and other people in the village of
Maulden - who need help or simple contact.
The team arranges visits to people in
their homes; these are mainly the elderly who find it difficult to get out
and about, people who appreciate some company or who are ill, housebound
or in need of any kind.
In addition, the Pastoral
Team runs
senior citizens tea afternoons and parties in the Church Hall.
All this activity is in the true
Christian spirit of caring for our neighbours, is very rewarding and is
much appreciated by those who are housebound or limited in their ability
to get about.
